attachment-1

The Opportunity

The Salon industry is changing for the better! Finally a business model that eliminates all the headaches of owning a hair, nail, massage, tanning or esthetics location. No more employees, inventory and long daily hours. We make it simple! You become a landlord, renting suites to salon professionals that want their own location and business without an expensive build-out or high overhead costs.

The highlights of our franchise model are:

SEMI-ABSENTEE OWNERSHIP - This is a TRUE absentee business model. Keep your job or enjoy the lifestyle benefits of MY SALON Suite Ownership.
FEW MOVING PARTS - As a franchisee, you rent suites to salon professionals; you support the salon professionals with maintenance and business development programs; you collect rent.
MINIMAL TO NO EMPLOYEES – The salon professionals in your suites are independent business owners, not your employees.
RECESSION RESISTANT INDUSTRY - The salon industry does not experience the large ups and downs like other industries.
PROVEN BUSINESS MODEL - MY SALON Suite is designed to minimize risk, reduce cost and support you as a small business owner.
